Sue Codee
Sue Codee runs her design studio This Papercut Life in the historic city of Albany. She specialises in the design of paper cuts and silhouetted images that are then digitised and laser cut in a range of materials to produce framed artworks, woodcuts, homewares and jewellery.
Her detailed and often complex images have distinctive playful and figurative storytelling elements with themes of community, environment, family and place.
In 2018 she was commissioned to create 190 jarrah bowls for the new QT Hotel in Perth, as well as create 22 Awards for the WA Wine Awards.
