Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding public holidays). Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for postage.
Shipping is via Australia Post and the following flat rates* apply:
Standard shipping – $12
Express shipping – $17
*Some large or particularly high value items may have different postage rates to prevent breakage and cover insurance of your purchase while in transit. This will be indicated on the product page.
Packages sent via Australia Post should be received in 2-6 business days. Please note delivery may take longer than normal at the moment due to Australia Post’s higher volume & COVID-19 restrictions. Check the Australia Post website for your estimated delivery time.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, we will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions or failure to collect items from Australia Post if notified. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking notification from Australia Post directly.
Should your item(s) not be available for any reason, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representatives.

Pick up in-store
If you wish to collect your order at FOUND, please select this option at checkout. You will be notified via email when your item is ready for pick up. Please note that in-store collection is only available 10am–4pm Mon–Fri.
FOUND is located within the grounds of Fremantle Arts Centre at 1 Finnerty Street, Fremantle.
Purchasing Exhibition Artworks
Some FAC exhibitions include artworks which are available to purchase from this website. Payment is required in full, there are no holds or deposit options available.
Exhibition artworks are not available for collection or shipping until after the exhibition has closed. Please refer to our Shipping page for collection and dispatch dates or email [email protected] for more information.
If you live in the Perth metropolitan area, we encourage you to collect your exhibition artwork from FAC at no charge during the collection window.
If you are unable to collect your artwork in person, you are responsible for covering any additional packaging and freight costs incurred and agree to this at the time of purchase. The cost of freighting artwork is additional to the listed product price. The artwork(s) will not be sent until purchase and freight price is paid in full. Artworks will be sent with TNT or Australia Post, depending on the size and location of recipient. Tracking details will be sent to the buyer.
Artworks will be packed and posted within 4 weeks of the closure of the exhibition, subject to payment completion. Postage times will vary depending on service and location.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
Given you’re purchasing delicate handmade products, we will always do our best to ensure your good are packaged appropriately and with care to avoid any damages.
We want your FOUND purchases to arrive looking beautiful. We will happily gift wrap your item(s) free of charge, simply add an Order Note at checkout.
If you do receive a product which has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 business days via email: [email protected]. You will need to return the damaged goods via post. Postage costs for damaged items will be reimbursed.
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases but will gladly exchange provided items are returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Where items are faulty, have been incorrectly described, or are not fit for intended purpose, you can choose between a refund or exchange. Faulty merchandise will be replaced where possible, if not a full refund will be issued.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and our Returns Policy applies to all purchases in-store and online.
In order to obtain an exchange or refund we require:
- The item(s) are new and returned within 30 days of purchase
- Any tag(s) and/or labels are still attached and items are in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
FOUND has the right not to accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions. All costs involved in returning items will be at the purchaser’s expense.
To return your purchase please follow these simple steps:
- Contact [email protected] and notify us that you’ll be returning your product(s).
- Post your purchase either in your own packaging or an express post satchel. We require a tracking number for postage. If you do not supply us with this number we will not be able to take any responsibility for your return getting lost in transit. Please then email the tracking number to [email protected]

Due to the handmade nature of many of FOUND’s products, there may be slight and reasonable variations in colour, finish, shape and dimensions from the products pictured on the site. If you are concerned about getting the perfect finish, visit us in-store. Please contact [email protected] or call 08 9432 9569 prior to visiting to ensure your desired item(s) are on display.
Making a purchase
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We accept Mastercard and VISA.
You must be over the age of 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from FOUND online.
All items in our store are intended for private use only and not for resale. FOUND reserves the right not to accept orders if we suspect re-selling may occur.
Member discounts are not available for FOUND online purchases. If you’re a member and would like to purchase something you’ve seen in our online store email [email protected] to organise an in-store transaction.
At present, FAC gift vouchers are not able to be purchased or redeemed online. Please visit us in-store for more detail on gift vouchers.
