Eye catching bits and pieces, pocketed on walks. Trophies are usually understood as something to be gained in victory or conquest and are symbolic of achievement. Dionne’s trophies are monuments to the small, found and often beautiful relics from her daily walks on the beach near her home. Shells, small bits of plastic, sea glass and other glimmering flotsam form a constellation of debris, held within the form of these multitude trophies.
