Linda Fardoe

Linda Fardoe is one of 51 finalists selected for the 2021 Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award.

Linda was born in South London where she trained and then worked as a Primary school teacher until immigrating to Perth in 1982. Always passionate about art and education, she achieved B.A. Honors Visual Arts in WA and a Masters in Drawing in London. She taught Fine Art and Graphic Design at Central TAFE Perth for 30 years alongside her career as a practicing and exhibiting artist. Her work is represented in many prestigious collections including the Art Gallery of WA. Linda has been creating children’s books since childhood and now works from her home studio in Mount Lawley.
