Illustrator

Alastair Taylor

Alastair spent his first 47 years in the UK, many of them as a freelance illustrator working for clients in publishing, editorial, web design and advertising. He wrote a couple of children’s books and occasionally dabbled in painting for painting’s sake.

Since accidentally moving to the Perth hills in 2006 he has illustrated less and painted and sculpted a great deal more. He has work in a bunch of private and public collections and has been awarded a number of prizes including, in 2016, the Robert Juniper landscape prize.
